I have learned that powerade is not the highest of sugar with V, e2 , fresh up, coke and chocolate milk. And that v and coke has nine tea spoons of sugar.

Hi Liam, this is a good topic to research as there is sugar in many foods and drinks we consume. It would be good to have more information about sugar levels in other drinks and why it is not good for us to drink them. :-)
