I have taught Mum and Dad.

Week 8 reflection

This is my maths that was hard but then I got the hang of it. It got really easy. I think I could try something harder the next time.

Week 7 Refetion

Here is my Rounding Compensating I did For the lawnmower guy here is the equation. I learnt that this is easier when I got the hang of it. So I think I can push my self to do harder stuff next time.

Main Star Cubs Record

25 February

I went to cubs and made a hut on the beach with sticks and old thin logs and we found. I did it with my team Alex Cooksly, Cruz Nikau.

28 February

I went to the mudslide at cubs the mudslide is where you go down a slippery mat and there is water at the bottom to dive in to.

3 March

I went to cubs and made kites. We did it by getting two reasonable lengths of wood from the beach. We then tied them together to make a cross. Then we put it on a piece of a2 paper where we then outlined a kite shape.  We then cut around the outline and stuck the cross on with sellotape. Then we put string on a piece of wood  and that was where we held on to the kite when flying it.

10 March

At cubs to night we made a 3D puzzles. This is what it looks like unfolded.

17 March
Tonight we went down to the Blaketown Coastguard Station. We went into the building, there was a boat and a dummy named Bob that is used for training. Then our group wallked down to the rescue boat and on the way we saw a dead sting ray in the lagoon. Once we were at the boat we had to wait one hour to get on it because every other group was taking too long.


23 March
Tonight we went to the swimming pool for cubs 
and had a shared evening with the Scouts.
We learnt to swimm 50 meters without stoping.
After that we got free time on the hydroslide.
