My Idol

My Idol is from a Tv show called the loony toon's his name is Big Chungus!
Big Chungus is a overweight rabbit that is a very love character in the whole
internet community. He likes annoying people by teasing them and being
annoyingly funny, making friends and carrots!

I also like to annoyingly funny people them, make friends and carrots as well!

My Idol and I share similar identity threads like eating carrots, annoying
people and making friends!

Main Star ~ Participate in the Xmas concert practise

Every year we have an end of year Xmas concert for school. In the concert we have to be in an act that we have to practise lots for. This year for our act, we are doing the 90's! I can't tell you anything else because I don't want to spoil it! 

Main Star ~ Post about what you did that week

This week  we went down to the pool for swimming lessons we had to tread water! We also started to make the props for the school X-Mas concert!

Main Star ~ 5 Randon Acts Of kindness

For This Main Star I had to Do 5 Random Acts of Kindness here they are!

1. Made a cup of tea for mum and dad. 
2. Helped put my sisters shoes on.
3. Tie up a child's shoelace.
4. Closed sister and parents, bedroom curtains.
5. Gave my parents a warm hug.

Main Star ~ Pick up Rubbish

For this Main Star I had to go down to the beach and pick up rubbish! When we were down there we saw a dead cow and a whole bunch of rubbish. Me and my sister did it together because this was one of her main stars as well. Mum forgot to take photos so there is only one photo!

Main Star ~ Make A X-Mas Dish

For this Main Star I had to make my favourite Xmas Dish, I made Chocolate Mousse!

Here is the Recipe and photos of me making it!



INGREDIENTS
150g cooking chocolate
2 Tbsp Sugar
300 ml Cream
4 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp rum or orange liqueur
Cream 
Grated chocolate

METHOD

Break Chocolate into top of a double boiler stir over hot water until chocolate has melted. Allow to cool slightly. Stir yolks in chocolate beat until thick and smooth beat cream till thick quickly fold cream into mixture. beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. gradually add sugar, beating until thick and glossy. fold half egg white mixture into chocolate mixture until well mixed. repeat with remaining egg white mixture. pour into four or six individual dishes or one large one. chill until firm. serve decorated  whipped cream and chocolate.
Serves 4-6.

Main Star ~ Make a X-Mas Card!

 I had to make a card for a family member her is the card!

Main Star ~ $150

For this Main Star I had To Spend $150 on Xmas gifts for my family, and explain why I chose these gifts.  

This leaves $6.50 change, and I get to keep that for my hard work in picking the gifts!

Main Star ~ Create a Christmas Decoration

For this Main Star I had to create a Christmas Decoration and hang it around my house for Christmas. I made a stocking out of a sock!? Now I will teach you how to make a stocking!!

1. First you will need a sock and a few vivid's or highlighters (any colour you prefer).
2. Then you will need to take your markers and start putting quotes onto the sock with them.
3. And that's it, you have now officially made your very own D.I.Y stocking.

Tin Foil Boats

Today we have been doing tin foil boats. We had only one piece of tin foil and we had to make a boat out of it, then we had to see how many marbles we could put in the boat until it sunk, we had two rounds and the first boat that I made got 8 marbles and the second boat got 7 marbles in it until it sunk .

Main star ~ Prep

For prep this year I got the police job! The police job is where you go around and help out / look around the class rooms, and at mini and big market we have to go around and help people if they ask for it.

We all get 80 kiwis (currency) in total, I myself have already spent 60 out of that 80 on a pair of cool socks and bracelets. 

Prep is fun because it feels just like being an actual company and selling your things!

Main star ~ Produce a piece of art for the art exhibition

For this Main star we had to produce a piece of art, for the art exhibition. My Syndicate all did tie die t-shirt's. We could pick 1-3 colours of dye, for this I use purple, turquoise and yellow. I think my shirt came out great!

Main Star ~ Make a Senior Badge

For this main star I had to create a digital badge that could be used on our senior blogs. 
I didn't really get anything out of this because it doesn't give you a clear understanding of what you had to do, so this is what it looks like (for some reason it said you had to have a ninja on it as well, that's why there is a ninja's face on it).

Main Star ¬ Maths game

- Have 20 cards with maths questions on them. Must be suitable for year 2 people.

- One person stands at the front of the class and calls out the questions written on the cards.

- Students write down the answer on something.

- If they get it wrong, they're out of the game. If they get it right they move onto the next round of questions.

- Last player(s) standing wins.

Main Star ~ Book 👏 Review 👏

Title:  Timeless, Diego and the rangers of the Vastlantic

Author: Armand Baltazar

Publisher: Harper Colins 2017

This story is about Diego's journey and adventures while trying to save his Dad from the villain named Magnus.  

The story is set in an alternate dimension of our world, where technology has been replaced by a steampunk theme. At the beginning of the story, Diego's father who is an inventor with special powers has been kidnapped which leads his son Diago on a grand adventure to save him.

I enjoyed this book because of the artwork throughout it.  The story is action packed, science fiction adventure.  I would recommend this book to intermediate readers who enjoy action packed / fantasy books!

Main Star ~ Plan a Dish of Food

For this Main Star, I had to design a dish that is under 20 dollars. I did Fish and rice, the total of that came to $7.90, which is quite cheap for a tasty dish of food.
