Maori ~ DLO

Today for Maori we had to learn three words Runa, Roto and Raro. Runa means above/on. Roto means lake/inside and Raro means down/under. We had an option to take one out of three of the words and put 4 - 5 pictures of what it means onto a Google drawing, I chose to do myne on Raro!

This week we made fried rice in tech! We had to make rice, meatballs and sauce to make it complete. 

We had to put a lot of flavouring into the sauce to make it tasty. Some examples of flavouring we used were tomato sauce, pineapple juice and onions.

Throughout the term we have been working on a poetry anthology. We have done lots of various poems. 

My favorite poem that I have done would have to be the "found" poem we did this week (found on page nine)!
