Black Caps beat South Africa
New Zealand have beaten South Africa by 4 wickets to qualify for their first Cricket World Cup final.
Set a massive 298 to win the Black Caps reached their target with 1 ball to spare. The hero of the day was Grant Elliott hitting a six to win off the second to last ball.
Elliott produced a superb innings scoring 84 off 73 balls as New Zealand got to 299/6 off 42.5 overs.
New Zealand will now play the winner of the second semi-final between Australia and India. the final will be at the MCG on Sunday.
Batting first South Africa made 281 for five in 43 overs after their innnings was stopped mid flow by rain.
The Black Caps were set a revised target of 298 to win in 43 overs, under the Duckworth Lewis method.

Earlier in the innings, the skipper Brendon McCullum smashed 59 off 26 balls as the Black Caps reached 71 for one in six overs
